Mandrake Miniatures Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Mandrake Miniatures Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must: Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid website, blog, social media account, or other approved platform to promote Mandrake Miniatures products.
Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UK GDPR (as applicable in Northern Ireland), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Advertising Standards Authority’s CAP Code.
Mandrake Miniatures reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Enrollment
To join the Program, complete the affiliate application form at https://c-8mbyai1tyogg.goaffpro.com/.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code to track referrals.
You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and keep your account details updated.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities Promotion: You agree to promote Mandrake Miniatures products in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner. Promotions must align with our brand values and comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority’s CAP Code (e.g., advertisements must be legal, decent, honest, and truthful).
Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Mandrake Miniatures in all promotional materials, as required by the CAP Code. For example, include statements like “This post contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you purchase through them” or use “#ad” in social media posts.
Prohibited Activities: You may not: Use your affiliate link in spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized advertising.
Bid on Mandrake Miniatures branded keywords in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) or use our trademarks in domain names without prior written consent.
Engage in fraudulent activities, such as generating fake sales or clicks.
Promote Mandrake Miniatures on websites or platforms containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
4. Commission Structure Commission Rate: You will earn a commission of 10% on each qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link, excluding VAT, shipping, and returns.
Qualifying Sales: A sale qualifies if:The customer makes a purchase using your affiliate link.
The sale is not cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.
Tracking Period: Commissions are tracked for 30 days from the time a customer clicks your affiliate link.
Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly via [insert payment method, e.g., BACS or PayPal] to the account you provide. A minimum balance of £40 is required for payout. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of the payment period.
5. Tracking and Reporting Mandrake Miniatures will provide access to an affiliate dashboard to track clicks, sales, and commissions.
You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate links are correctly implemented. Mandrake Miniatures is not liable for lost commissions due to improper link usage.
6. Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved Mandrake Miniatures promotional materials (e.g., banners, logos) solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.
You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute Mandrake Miniatures’ intellectual property without prior written permission.
7. Data Protection You must comply with the UK GDPR (as it applies in Northern Ireland under the Northern Ireland Protocol/Windsor Framework) and the Data Protection Act 2018 when handling personal data in connection with the Program.
If promoting to customers in the European Union, you must also comply with the EU GDPR, as Northern Ireland businesses may be subject to EU data protection rules for cross-border transactions.
You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activities (e.g., collecting email addresses or tracking user data) comply with UK and, where applicable, EU data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents.
8. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Mandrake Miniatures may terminate your participation immediately if you: Breach these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
Fail to generate qualifying sales for 6 months.
Upon termination, you must cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials. Any unpaid commissions will be paid out per the standard payout schedule, provided no breach occurred.
9. Limitation of Liability Mandrake Miniatures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Program.
We do not guarantee specific earnings or the success of your promotional efforts.
10. Modifications Mandrake Miniatures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
