At Mandrake Miniatures, we aim to dispatch your order promptly and package it carefully. This policy explains our shipping options, delivery estimates and international shipping arrangements.
## Where We Ship
**United Kingdom**
We ship throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
**International destinations**
We offer international shipping to selected destinations where shipping is available at checkout.
We currently do not ship to countries within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
## Shipping Costs
**UK orders**
Free UK shipping is available on orders of £25 or more. Orders below this threshold are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
**International orders**
International shipping charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and available shipping service. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.
Free international shipping may be available on eligible orders of £80 or more where the offer is supported at checkout.
Please check the final shipping charge before completing your purchase.
## Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable postal service, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to postal service disruption, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.
## International Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout or shipping service explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply in their country.
## Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mandrakeminiatures@gmail.com with your order number and details of the problem.
We will investigate the issue and work with the postal service where necessary.
If an item arrives damaged, please include photographs of the item and its packaging where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
